Sarah Hannah Newman
Sarah Hannah Newman represents financial institutions and other businesses in a variety of litigation matters, including fraudulent conveyances, lender liability, asset recovery, and contract disputes. She also has experience in the area of regulatory compliance for financial institutions.
Sarah Hannah received her juris doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2016. She received her masters of arts in teaching from Converse College in 2013 and her bachelor of arts, suma cum laude with high honors, from Wofford College in 2010. In law school, Sarah Hannah was a member of the moot court team, traveling to Vienna, Austria to compete in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She was also named best oralist at the Legal Ethics and Professionalism Moot Court Competition.
Sarah Hannah is a member of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society and the Junior League of Atlanta. She enjoys playing tennis through the USTA and ALTA.
