Jeremy B. Ross
Jeremy Ross practices in the areas of banking, contracts, corporate, and creditors’ rights law. He represents lenders, including national and local banks, credit unions and retail finance clients in commercial and consumer lending matters, from loan defaults, repossessions, negotiation of workouts, collections, litigation defense, assist in forming policies and procedures, and to consult on their day-to-day needs. Mr. Ross has significant experience in litigation, both simple and complex.
Mr. Ross is a longtime Gwinnett County resident, and resides in Lawrenceville with his wife, Erica, and their two daughters. Mr. Ross enjoys playing golf, is the player/coach of the Firm’s championship softball team, and a deacon at Hope Community Fellowship in Loganville.
- Successfully obtained several seven figure judgments, via summary judgment on behalf of a local community bank against various developers.
- Successfully obtained a dismissal of developers’ lender liability claims against local bank via motion to dismiss.
- Filed a complex fraudulent transfer action against a judgment debtor resulting in the judgment debtor paying a seven figure settlement to local bank.
- Aggressively pursued judgment debtor in post-judgment resulting in the judgment debtor paying a six figure settlement to community bank.
