Kevin S. Kovalchik

Mr. Kovalchik is part of the litigation group at Thompson O’Brien where he handles complex litigation and settlement negotiations related to civil litigation matters. Mr. Kovalchik represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters including business and finance litigation, real estate and property litigation, estate and fiduciary litigation, and personal injury and civil tort litigation.

Mr. Kovalchik was recently named a Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine. (Atlanta Magazine, Super Lawyers, 2009).

Mr. Kovalchik is a member of the Gwinnett County Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
