Kimber C. Kwiatkowski

Kimber Kwiatkowski practices in the area of real property law. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Kwiatkowski served as in-house counsel for two Fortune 500 companies in addition to working in private practice.

As in-house counsel for a major title insurer, she provided legal and underwriting advice to their southeastern regional offices and facilitated both residential and commercial closings.

As in-house counsel in the real estate department for a premier transportation company, she handled all types of real estate related matters, including commercial leases, acquisitions and dispositions, and license agreements.

Her private practice was concentrated of the areas of residential real estate and commercial real estate, including closings and representation of developers, lenders, buyers, and sellers, corporate work, litigation, general business transactions, preparation of wills and collection services.
