Lisa A. Frank
Lisa Frank maintains a litigation and appellate practice with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation, banking and finance litigation, lender liability, real estate litigation, business torts, title insurance litigation and financial workouts.
In 2001 and again in 2006, Lisa presented oral argument to the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Recent Experience
- Successfully represented a bank in claims brought against it based upon alleged failure to properly describe property in a security deed.
- Successfully obtained judgment for a bank in a multimillion dollar case involving loan and guaranties.
- Successfully represented bank against defense that bank had accepted collateral by virtue of tender of defendant.
- Successfully reached current resolutions in multi transactional workout for Bank.
