Mr. Whitridge is an associate in Thompson O'Brien's Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Workouts Practice Group. He routinely advises business clients regarding their rights as creditors in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings throughout the state of Georgia. Mr. Whitridge also routinely represents Chapter 7 Trustees in bankruptcy liquidation cases and adversary litigation.

In addition to representing clients in Georgia, Mr. Whitridge holds law licenses in Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland and has represented clients in bankruptcy cases in each of these states by advising them of their rights and strategies.
