Mr. Hight’s law practice includes the representation of banks, credit unions, finance corporations, landlords, and lending institutions throughout the State of Georgia.

Mr. Hight concentrates his law practice in the area of asset based commercial litigation disputes and various bankruptcy matters including automatic stay issues, preference litigation, Section 523 and 727 complaints, valuation disputes, and corporate restructuring and liquidation.

Mr. Hight’s law practice also includes a major emphasis on the representation of Receivers appointment by Federal Courts and Superior Courts all through the State of Georgia.

In 1999, Mr. Hight completed a pupilage with a preeminent real estate Barrister at the Royal Courts of Justice in London, England.
