Mr. Bingham
is a member of Thompson O'Brien's Bankruptcy, Reorganization
and Workouts Practice Group. He routinely advises corporate
clients regarding pre-bankruptcy, bankruptcy, receivership
and litigation matters in federal and state courts. Mr. Bingham
has substantial experience with the confirmation process inherent
in Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings and has handled several
contested confirmation hearings on behalf of secured institutional
clients. He also frequently represents Trustees in Chapters
7 and 11 bankruptcy litigation disputes.
Mr. Bingham is a contributing editor of
Norton Bankruptcy Law and Practice 3d. where he concentrates on Chapter
11 DIP financing issues and various corporate Chapter 7 matters.
Mr. Bingham's practice is geographically
diverse. He has represented creditors and parties in interest
in such national and regional cases as:

in the Northern District of Illinois
- U.S. Airways, Inc. in the Eastern District
of Virginia
