Mr. Hight's
practice includes the representation of banks, finance corporations,
credit unions, and various lending institutions throughout
the State of Georgia. The bulk of Mr. Hight's practice
is split between representing creditors in asset based commercial
and consumer litigation disputes and various bankruptcy matters
including automatic stay issues, preference litigation, Section
523 and 727 complaints, valuation disputes, and corporate
restructuring and liquidation. Mr. Hight also has a
strong practice representing clients in landlord/tenant disputes.
Prior to joining Thompson, O'Brien, Kemp & Nasuti, P.C.,
Mr. Hight had extensive experience representing clients in
commercial real estate transactions.
In 1999, Mr. Hight completed a pupilage with
a preeminent real estate Barrister at the Royal Courts of
Justice in London, England. This experience provided Mr. Hight
with the opportunity to conduct a comparative study between
British law and the evolution of the common law through the
American legal system. |
