Bret Thrasher
maintains a broad and diverse litigation practice in federal
and state courts throughout Georgia. As a member of Thompson
O'Brien's litigation team, Mr. Thrasher has developed particular
expertise in trial and appellate work, litigation involving
closely held businesses, and contract disputes. Mr. Thrasher's
local government affairs practice has placed him on the forefront
of breaking issues involving police liability, First Amendment
litigation, zoning, and employment matters. On behalf of the
firm's financial and banking clients, he has successfully
recovered high value assets, pursued commercial fraud claims,
and defended several federal lawsuits asserting Truth in Lending,
Fair Debt Collection, and Fair Credit Reporting Act claims.

rely upon Mr. Thrasher to handle a variety of zoning and land
