Mr. Underwood
is Of Counsel to the firm. He handles a variety of litigation
for the firm, including government law and contracts, divorce,
DUI, family law, Constitutional law, construction law, business
law, and Landlord/tenant disputes. His diverse background
and qualifications make him a convenient in-house litigator
for a variety of client concerns. Mr. Underwood has been a
welcome addition to the firm.
Prior to his work as an attorney, Mr. Underwood
spent ten years working as a registered professional engineer
in places such as Saudi Arabia and Alaska. His diverse professional
background often gives him an advantage in the courtroom,
especially with cases involving construction and building
issues. Before opening his private practice, Mr. Underwood
was the head of litigation for Gwinnett County. |
