Ron C. Bingham, II, an equity member of Thompson O'Brien's
Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Workouts Practice Group, has
been named as a Contributing Editor of Norton Bankruptcy
Law and Practice 2d. With the selection, Mr. Bingham
joins a distinguished team of leading bankruptcy practitioners,
judges and scholars from across the country. Mr. Bingham's
editorial responsibilities focus on Chapter 11 Debtor in Possession
("DIP") financing issues and various corporate Chapter
7 matters.
