Ron C. Bingham, II, an equity member
of Thompson O'Brien's Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Workouts
Practice Group, has been selected to serve as a delegate for
the Northern District of Georgia to the Eleventh Circuit Judicial
Conference. Each bankruptcy court judge in the Eleventh Circuit
selects a single attorney to serve as a delegate to the annual
conference. Along with the attorney delegates, the judges
of the bankruptcy courts, district courts, and the Court of
Appeals of the Eleventh Circuit will convene in Hollywood,
Florida on May 12-14, 2005 to address matters affecting legal
practitioners in the Eleventh Circuit.
