Lisa A. Frank, an Associate with Thompson,
O'Brien, Kemp & Nasuti, P.C. in its Litigation department,
has been selected to speak at an Advanced Creditor's Rights
Continuing Legal Education Seminar to be held on February
2, 2006 on issues involving equipment leases. The seminar
will include topics geared towards creditor's rights specialists
and, in addition to leasing issues, will touch on the subjects
of advanced discovery in a commercial litigation context,
how federal law affects creditor's rights, prosecuting a case
for deficiency judgment and drafting effective contract provisions
to protect the creditor. Ms. Frank has been practicing in
the area of Creditor's Rights and Commercial Litigation for
over six years and has been an associate with Thompson O'Brien
since 2003.
