The firm's real estate attorneys also handle a regular schedule of foreclosures for many of the financial institutions that it represents, and provide skilled services related to title and title insurance issues, zoning and land use regulation, subdivisions, acquisition due diligence, property tax disputes, commercial evictions, easements, condemnations and boundary disputes. The firm is approved to write title insurance policies for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
