Diane Beams is an accomplished and experienced law firm administrator who brought more than 25 years of experience when joining TOKN in 2015. She manages every facet of day-to-day administration including finance, accounting, information systems, human resources, and operations. Diane routinely negotiates the Firm’s vendor contracts and maintains relationships with these service providers.
A licensed attorney who has filled every administrative role in a law firm, Diane recognizes the importance of all functions from support staff to partner. She uses her unique experience and expertise in problem solving and strategic leadership. Diane has a passion for operational excellence and works to identify and implement continuous improvements to drive our Firm’s success. To that end, Diane is an integral part of the Firm’s strategic planning process to accomplish both short- and long-term goals.
Committed to excellence in the field of law, Diane has served as a board member of the Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators for 5 years and is currently serving as President. As an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators, she has earned further credentials including Certified Legal Manager and Certified Mental Health First Aid.
