Mathew Chamberlain is an advocate in our litigation practice.  He specializes in thoroughly reviewing his clients’ circumstances and wishes, counseling his clients with their options, and then pursuing those wishes to completion through negotiation, litigation, mediation, trial, and appeal.

Experience

Matthew is an experienced civil litigator having represented numerous clients, including the Georgia Department of Transportation, through numerous types of civil litigation including eminent domain, trespass, tax sale, reclaiming excess funds, breach of contract, filing suit against attorneys for malpractice, inverse condemnation, real estate partition, and real estate title litigation.  Matthew also serves as a Special Master in Forsyth County, requiring him to make title recommendations to the Forsyth County Superior Court.
